Please be informed on publication on the website of the National Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices (NAMMD) of the translation into Romanian of a press release of the European Medicines Agency (EMA): “EMA press release on GVK Biosciences: European Medicines Agency recommends suspending medicines over flawed studies”
In this respect, the NAMMD expects issuance of a European Commission (EC) Decision for implementation.
The EC Decision is to be adopted according to recommendations of the EMA Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP).
